About Nightstalkers:
Nightstalkers has been a guild on the Emerald Dream server since 12/25/2006. We started as a social guild mainly just to have good folks to level our characters up with. When the core members of the guild all hit 70, the desire to see the end game content forced the guild to change. We made the switch to progression raiding at the beginning of BC, and have never looked back. We strongly believe that raiding with people we enjoy spending time with is the key to being a great guild. For that reason, no matter how good you are, if we don't like your personality, you won't make it here.

What kind of people are we looking for?

• People that raid with us because they enjoy it, NOT because they want to get every piece of gear that drops for their class.
• People that are willing to do what it takes to help the guild progress. That could mean but is not limited to: respecing, sitting out on runs or single fights, and being willing and able to make our raid times.
• We are looking for intelligent people. Folks that can make decisions on the fly and react swiftly and accurately to boss mechanics.
• Proactive players. Players that take it upon themselves to make sure their character is in tip top shape and optimized for raiding.
• We are an adult guild. The majority of our raid roster is made up of folks in the age range of 25-35. We would prefer that you are over 18. Some exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Lastly, if we don't like your personality, you will not make it in this guild. This is not a personal hit on anyone. It only means that your personality does not mesh well with ours, and that is important to us.

How things work if you become a member:
If, after the application process, we decide to accept you, you'll be offered a 2 week trial period. During the trial you'll be guilded, and raiding with us full time. You are expected to make every raid during your trial. At the end of the 2 weeks, we'll review your performance. If you're doing as well as we'd expect you to, we'll promote you to raider. If not, we'll part ways.

Raid Info:
Our raid schedule is as follows: Our REQUIRED raid nights are Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday from 8:00 - 11:00PM server time! We require that you are able to make these raid nights. If you cannot, please do not bother applying.

We have a few addons that are required if you want to raid with us. You must have Discord (with a WORKING MIC), DBM, Exorsus Raid Tools, and possibly another situational addon or two. If you're not willing to get a few addons, this is not the guild for you.

Loot System
We run a modified master looter system. Of course, everything is personal loot, and if you receive a piece, it's your to keep. However, keeping in mind that it benefits the raid as a whole if EVERYONE is geared, the pieces that you don't intend to equip will be traded to a designated master looter and handed out by the officers to ensure that the piece benefits the raid in the best way possible.
