I used to be in Nighstalkers during MOP! I live in Minnesota, work in analytics, and have a wife and 2 kids. I've played Wow off and on since the game came out.}

Please take a moment to outline your rotation/priority. Be thorough and specific:
Prioritize keg smash. Keep breath of fire, rushing jade wind on cooldown. Filler with blackout kick, spinning crane kick. Keep 1 charge of purifying brew on CD at all times, use the other as needed to drop stagger. Use Celestial Brew usually on cooldown, prioritizing pieces of high damage. Black Ox on CD for mitigation/damage. Use Weapons of Order on CD. Fortifying brew, zen meditation, dampen harm.

What's the one misconception about your class that upsets you the most?
People in keys tell me they hate healing brew monks because they take a lot of damage. I think it's the opposite. When played well it's my favorite tank to do keys on.

Summary of your raid experience (go as far back as you can):
Did a lot of raiding in Vanilla (MC, BWL, ZG, AQ20, AQ40). Didn't raid again until MoP and did 2 tiers with Nightstalkers. Have raided consistently in shadowlands.
